'The Invention of Lying' Chapel

Jennifer Garner must really want to get married in Sudbury's Martha-Mary Chapel. Less than a year after filming a wedding scene in 'Ghost of Girlfriends Past' at the idyllic nondenominational chapel, she did it again for 'The Invention of Lying' (for which the church was renamed "A Quiet Place to Think About the Man in the Sky"). Built from timber felled in a 1938 hurricane, the chapel was paid for by automobile magnate Henry Ford.

'Footloose' Roller Mills

Lehi Roller Mills has been churning out bags of flour since 1906, but they're way more famous for their Bacon. Kevin Bacon. In 1984's 'Footloose,' the mill employed the rebellious young city boy who just wanted to cut loose -- and it ended up being the venue for the climactic prom, where a small town's soul was saved by the healing power of dance.

'Dumb and Dumber' Restaurant

This French luxury restaurant -- nestled on some of Salt Lake's most coveted land -- is seen in the not-so-luxurious movie 'Dumb and Dumber.' In the scene, Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey) is driving his van at night when he starts day-dreaming about Mary Swanson (Lauren Holly). This entire, bizarre, daydream takes place at La Caille in Sandy City, Utah.

'The Waltons' House

The house where the Hamner family grew up in rural Virginia provided the inspiration for the home of the beloved TV family known as the Waltons. The actual structure seen in the show was located in Warner Brothers' Burbank studios, in their "Jungle" area. The fictional Walton's Mountain, viewed from the house's front porch, was a slope of the Hollywood Hills, south of the Burbank studios. Fans of the TV show 'Gilmore Girls' will recognize that the "Dragonfly Inn" (which Sookie and Lorelai buy and renovate) is the exterior of the Walton house.

'Nurse Jackie' Bar

Edie Falco's title character on Showtime's hit series is married to a bar owner whose place of business is represented by Kelly's Bar and Grill, an Irish pub not far from Kaufman Studios, where the show's principal filming takes place.
